Jasen Hudson Photography makes this website (the “ Website”), including all photographs, images, downloadable portfolios, graphics, moving images, text, sound, illustrations and software available through the Website (collectively, the “Content”), available for your review subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this document, and any changes to this document that Jasen Hudson Photography may publish from time to time (collectively, the “Terms of Use”) and further subject to the Privacy Statement on the Website.

All elements of this Website, including, but not limited to, the general design and the Content, are protected by trade dress, copyright, moral rights, trademark and all other laws protecting intellectual property rights including contract law pursuant to this agreement. No Content or portion thereof may be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, scanned, posted, transmitted, or distributed in any way, without Jasen Hudson Photography’s prior written permission, except that you may view the Content on any single computer monitor for review purposes only, provided you keep intact, without change all images and copyright, trademark and other proprietary notices.

CLIENT PROOF USAGE RESTRICTIONS. As a convenience to our customers Jasen Hudson Photography posts unedited proof photos on a secure, password protected site for our clients to access. The sole purpose of the posted proofs are for our clients to review photos, and make selections for retouched images. The usage of these unedited, watermarked, proofs on internet, emailing, or print in any shape or form is strictly prohibited and will void the return of any selected retouched photos. This includes but is not limited to Facebook, Myspace, flyers etc. If you have arranged to purchase the unedited photos from a shoot, delivered without watermark, you are free to use these images and your retouch selection will not be voided.
